titleOfInvention | Air distributor for railway vehicle brake |
abstract | This invention relates to railway transport. The purpose of the invention is the elimination of manual labor by allowing centralized brake release with obtaining consistently high softness properties of the air distributor in the entire range of brake discharge. The air distributor contains the organ 1 of three pressures and the organ 3 of two pressures. The latter has a housing 4 in which a spring-loaded movable partition 5 is placed. The partition 5 receives the force of the spring 6 and forms with the housing 4 a main chamber / MK / 7, which is permanently connected to the brake main 22, and a spool chamber / LC / 8. Plunger 9 has The opening 12 for charging the working chamber 13 of the air distributor and the opening 14 for charging ZK 8 and interacts with the partition 5 and the pusher 10 supported in the valve 21 for additional discharge of the line. The soft-touch device 23 has a spring-loaded movable partition / SPT / 24, which is mechanically connected to the valve 28 of the device 23 and forms cavities 25 and 26 with the body. The cavity 25 is permanently communicated with the working chamber 13. The cavity 26 is permanently communicated with the AC 8. channel 29. Through channel 31, blocked by valve 28, cavity 26 communicates with MK 7. Spring 26 is installed in cavity 26, acting on SPT 24, and valve 28. After charging and releasing the pressure brake in line 22 and chamber 13 MK 7 and ZK8 are equal. The valve 28 is open under the force of the spring 27 at the SPT 24. At a decrease in pressure in line 22 and MK 7 at a soft rate, compressed air from LC 8 flows into MC 7 through open valve 28. From chamber 13 compressed air flows into LC 8 and the organ 1. Until the brake is fully discharged to atmospheric pressure, the valve 28 remains open. 1 il. |
