abstract | The invention relates to methods for marking the blanks and can be used in various fields of engineering when marking products. The purpose of the invention is to increase accuracy and productivity by applying marking lines using the blueprint method. The work surface of the workpiece is pre-cleaned and coated with photosensitive material. The billet is then dried in the dark. On the dried billet impose a photo camera, the contours of which form the boundaries of the working surface. The workpiece is exposed to light and then immersed in aniline dye. Then it is washed in water at room temperature and dried, a print occurs. |
