abstract The invention relates to biotechnology, and more specifically to the production of cell-producers of various proteins. The aim of the invention is to obtain an interspecific hybrid mink-mouse strain, which has higher production and synthesizes a JGG mink that is more stable during storage. By the method of somatic hybridization of cells of the mouse N50 myeloma with mink splenocytes immunized with total mink immunoglobulin, the corresponding hybridomas were obtained. The cloning method yielded a stable culture of hybrid mink-mouse cells synthesizing immunoglobulin JGG class in the amount of 500-1500 ng / ml. The indicated culture is leponirovana in the collection of the Institute of Cytology, where it received the number of VSKK (p) N231D. 2 tab.
