titleOfInvention | Method of obtaining monoazopigments of benzanilide series |
abstract | The invention relates to the aniline dye industry, in particular, to a method for producing monoazo pigments of the benzanilide series, which can be used to dye rubber and plastics. The invention makes it possible to increase the resistance of the pigment to organic solvents by 1 point (up to 4-5 points) and to migration from 4 to 5 points due to the fact that the diazotization of 3-amino-4-methoxybenzanilide is carried out in the presence of the drug oxanol 0-18 the basis of a mixture of polyethylene glycol ethers of oleyl alcohol with a degree of hydroxyethylation of 18 and a hydrogenated crown ether in an amount of 2-4 and 1-2%, respectively, based on the mass of the azo pigment, followed by a reverse combination with 2,3-hydroxy naphthoic acid at 28-33 ° C in the presence of 1-1.5% by weight of azopig ment of tall oil and heating the resulting suspension at 90-92 ° C. 1 tab. |
