titleOfInvention | Beta-amino-3-(4-carbamoyl-1-quinoclidinio) (methyl-3-cefem-4-carboxylate)) or hydrochloride or perchlorate thereof as intermediate products for synthesis of cephalosporin derivatives showing antibacterial activity |
abstract | The invention relates to cephalosporin derivatives, in particular 7-β-amino-3- (4-carbamoyl-1-quinuclidio) methyl-3-cephem-4-carboxylate, or its hydrochloride, or its perchlorate as intermediates for the synthesis of antibacterial derivatives cephalosporin. The goal is to create new intermediates for this purpose. Synthesis of lead from the corresponding β-formamido-3-acetoxymethyl-3-cephem-4-carboxylic acid, which is suspended in CH 2 CL 2 and treated first with N-methyl-N (trimethylsilyl) trifluorocetamide, and then 4-carbamoyl quinuclidine. Salts are obtained by treating either PCL 3 , or HCL, or HCLO 4 in a solvent. |
