titleOfInvention Method of obtaining diallyl esters of phthalic acids
abstract The invention relates to carboxylic esters, in particular to the preparation of diallyl phthalic acid esters, which are used in the manufacture of plastics. The goal is to increase the yield of the target product, reducing the consumption of raw materials and energy consumption. The esters are obtained by reacting alkali metal salts of these acids with allyl chloride at 40-50 ° C in the presence of copper monochloride and sodium bicarbonate using wastewater, which is obtained by displacing water from the stage of isolating the target product and its alkaline and water rinsing composition,%: sodium chloride 0.3-0.5n n n monoallylphthalate 1.6-2.0n n n phthalic acid 3.5-4.2n n n copper monochloride 0.26-0.35n n n water the rest. The process is followed by the additional introduction of sodium chloride to a content of 2.5-3.8 wt.%. The desired product is isolated by treating the reaction mass with isopropyl alcohol with a volume ratio of alcohol and organic phase of 1: 1. The consumption of allyl chloride is reduced by 30% with a yield of the target product of 99.6%. 2 ill., 2 tab.
