The aim of the invention is to reduce costs, increase strength, frost resistance and water resistance. Polymer concrete contains, in parts by weight: epoxy resin 100, an oil-free fraction of a slate resin with a boiling point of 300-400 ° C 70-120, a distillation residue from a vacuum distillation of 3-dimethylaminopropanol with a boiling point of 88-119 ° C 15-25 and 340-440 mineral filler. The resulting polymer concrete is characterized by compressive strength of 116-125 MPa, cold resistance of 600 cycles, resistance coefficient after 6 months in drinking water of 0.95-0.97. 2 tab.
