abstract | FIELD OF THE INVENTION The invention relates to agricultural machinery, namely, devices for controlling the working bodies of agricultural harvesting machines. The purpose of the invention is to increase the reliability of diagnostics of the state of the working bodies during operation. Introducing into each of the N-channels of the control unit 3 the calculation of the gear ratio of the actuator drive mechanism, the inputs of which are connected to sensors 1 and 2 of the output shaft frequency of the Nth actuator and the drive shaft of the engine, allows measuring the slip in the actuator drive mechanism regardless of the change in the frequency of rotation of the engine shaft. The execution of comparator 4 with two thresholds allows recording both emergency slips, which are immediately signaled to the operator, as well as small ones, within the limits of functionally permissible. The connection of the outputs of each of the N-two-threshold comparators 4, registering the allowable slip, with the logical analysis unit 6 and the indicators 7, allows determining the cause of the slip. 1 hp ff, 2 ill. |
