titleOfInvention | Method of determining group of risk of secondary lung candidiasis |
abstract | This invention relates to the field of medicine, namely microbiology. The purpose of the invention is to shorten the study period. The pathological material is sown on Candida agar dense medium, kept in a thermostat during the day, subcultured on Saburo medium and grown during the day. Then Candida mushrooms are mixed with epithelial cells of the oral cavity of healthy individuals in a 100: 1 ratio, re-incubated in a thermostat for 2 hours, smears are prepared, stained, fixed, microscoped, the adhesion index is determined by the formula and, if its value is 7-13 are at risk. |
