abstract The invention relates to agriculture and can be used for protein feed additives in enterprises for the processing of secondary raw materials, in particular, wastes of leather production and slaughterhouses. The purpose of the invention is to increase the feed yield. Ammonium sulfate in the amount of 1.0-1.1% and 1% of sulfuric acid, i.e., is added to the washed ash wastes of leather processing (ash powder, ash golen mixture). the ratio of reagents (1-1.1): 1, the mixture is neutralized to a pH of 7-8, at the same time the sulfides are removed by heating the mixture to a temperature of 32-34 ° C and stirring for 45-50 minutes. Then, protosubtilin G-3X is added to the mixture and treated for 60-75 minutes. The mixture is cleaned of ferromagnetic impurities and thermo-pressed in two stages, the separation of the water-protein fraction from the protein fraction: in the first stage at a temperature of 55-58 ° C for 15-18 minutes, in the second stage - at a temperature of 88-90 ° C for 18 -20 minutes. Hydrolyzed keratin-containing raw material in an amount of 10-15% by weight is introduced into the dehydrated and defatted mass and dried in a vacuum. The yield of protein feed additive is 47.7-57.87% (by weight of the raw material) with a protein content of 76.46-79.5% and 2.1-2.5% fat. The fat yield during the processing of raw materials is 95.8-96.2%, the acid number of fat is 11-14 mg con. 2 tab.
