titleOfInvention Method of producing granulated synthetic detergents
abstract The invention relates to the production of detergents, in particular their preparation in granular form. The process is carried out by mixing MGSO 4 with sodium alkyl benzene sulfonate, incubated for 5-10 minutes with stirring, then NAOH and the desired functional additives are added and the mixture is dried. These conditions improve the color of the finished product. So the yellowness of the latter is reduced by 98% (60 times), and the whiteness increases by 3.7% (i.e. from 84.6% to 90.6%), while the product contains up to 90.9% of the fraction of size 2 5-0.2 mm. In addition, the method eliminates the need to pre-melt the alkylphosphoric acid mono and diesters. 3 tab.
