titleOfInvention Method of producing moulded articles based on cellolose
abstract This invention relates to a method for producing molded articles based on cellulose, for example films, tapes, powders from spherical particles, etc., which have a high capacity to absorb and retain water and aqueous liquids that can be used in chemistry, medicine, and the like. The invention allows to simplify the process by blending the viscose with a hydrophilic polymer selected from the group consisting of carboxymethylcellulose or its sodium salt, hydroxyethylcellulose, sodium alginate, sodium carboxymethyl starch, agar, tragant, cellulose, a pattern. Dextran, a mixture of sodium salt of carboxymethyl cellulose and sodium salt of carboxymethyl starch or methyl cellulose and sodium alginate with a mass ratio of 1: 1 mixture, in the amount of 10-80% of total mass of polymers. Then coagulation is carried out at 50-100 ° C for 1-600 minutes and washed with methanol, ethanol, isopropanol or acetone or their 50-80% aqueous solutions and / or water until the content of hydrophilic compound in the target product is 5.5 -40% of the total mass of polymers. 1 hp f-ly, 2 tab.
