abstract The invention relates to heterocyclic substances, in particular 2- (3 1 -chloro-1 1 , 2 1 , 4 1 -triazolyl-5 1 -a-3) -1,8-dioxynaphthalene-3,6-disulfonic acid di-NA-salts, using as a reagent for the detection of proteins. The goal is to create a new, more effective reagent for a specified purpose. Synthesis is carried out by diazotization of 3-chloro-5-amino-1,2,4-triazole NANO 2 in a medium of water in the presence of HCL, followed by treatment of the selected diazo compound with the di NA-salt of chromotropic acid at 0-2 ° C. Yield 61.1%, gross f-la NA 2 C 12 H 6 S 2 CLN 5 O 8 . 6H 2 O. This reagent for staining proteins in polyacrylamide gels provides the necessary staining at a protein concentration of 10 -5 - 10 -6 M and does not require washing the gel from excess dye, as in the known case. 1 tab.
