titleOfInvention Template for lining cupola furnace
abstract The invention relates to metallurgy, in particular, devices for the manufacture and repair of cuprate lining, and is an improvement on the basic invention according to the authors. N1372167. The purpose of the invention is to improve the quality of the lining. The template consists of the upper 1 and lower 2 shells, made in the form of coaxially installed inverted glasses, with the upper shell 1 made in the cross section in the form of a spiral and has an opening 4 for feeding the refractory mixture. The side surface 5 of the upper shell 1 is curved with a radius of curvature increasing towards the lower shell 2 and has a monotonically increasing height towards the mixture 4. The template is introduced into the chamber of the cupola 8. The upper shell 1 is rotated and at the same time the refractory mixture is fed into the template through the opening 4 on the bottom 6 of the lower shell 2. When the upper shell 1 rotates relative to the fixed lower shell, the incoming mixture is distributed and pre-compacted around the fixed border. the bottom 6 and at the same time discharge of the mixture from the bottom 6 by the side surface 5 of the rotating turn of the spiral of the upper shell 1 into the lined space. The implementation of the curvilinear side surface 5 of the upper shell 1 ensures the preliminary compaction of the mixture before pressing it into the forming layer, which allows improving the quality of the lining to be performed. 1 il.
