abstract The invention relates to the manufacture of an abrasive tool intended for work in mechanical engineering, in particular, to the production of wheels for machining workpieces from tool steels. The aim of the invention is to expand the technological capabilities of the instrument. The composition for impregnation contains, in mass%: a solution of copper rhodamide in ammonia 4-7, rhodamide ferrous oxide 3-5, stearox - 6 0.1-0.2, preparation OC-20 0.05-0.1, water - the rest. First, a solution of rhodamide copper is prepared. An abrasive tool is immersed in it. Then it is dried until complete evaporation of ammonia, after which the instrument is impregnated with the remaining components of the impregnator. 1 tab.
