The invention relates to halo-substituted cyclopropanes, in particular, to the preparation of 1,1-dibromo-2, 2-bis (chloromethyl) cyclopropane - an intermediate for the synthesis of polycyclic and skeleton compounds used in the technique. The goal is to increase the yield of the target product. It is prepared from bromoform and 3-chloro-2- (chloromethyl) -1-propene at a molar ratio of (2-5): 1 in the presence of a 40-50% aqueous alkali solution and phase transfer catalyst — 18-crown 6-ether. Yield 75-82%. |
