titleOfInvention Method of determining organospecific autoimmune processes
abstract The invention relates to medicine and can be used in therapy and pediatrics in the diagnosis of chronic diseases accompanied by autoimmune processes of an organ-specific type. The purpose of the invention is to improve the accuracy of the method. The tissue antigen under study is layered on latex particles and the phagocytosis and NBT test are tested with latex particles without an antigen and with a latex loaded with a specific organ-specific antigen, the percentage of phagocytosis, phagocytic number and NBT test in the test and control samples are determined and the results are compared. yut. With a decrease in absorption in the test sample by a factor of 2 or more compared to the control one, along with an increase in the NBT test in the test sample 1.5 times as compared to the control one, the presence of an autoimmune process to this organ-specific antigen is diagnosed. The accuracy of the method increases from 62% to 96%.
