abstract | This invention relates to medical biochemistry, and specifically to methods for determining the content of prekallicrein in the blood plasma. The purpose of the invention is to increase the sensitivity of the method of determination due to the specific binding of the free inhibitor of kallikrein - α 2 - macroglobulin. To do this, in a known method, prior to activation with kaolin, methylamine is added to the plasma at a final concentration of 1-1.2%, kept for 1.5-2 hours at room temperature. 1 tab. |
