abstract | The invention relates to methods for producing sodium nitrate. The purpose of the invention is to simplify the process, shorten the process time and increase the yield of the target product — it is achieved by treating crystalline sodium nitrite pre-moistened with 10–15% liquid nitrogen tetroxide followed by separating the finished product in one stage. The invention makes it possible to increase by 1.4-1.7 times the yield of the finished product in comparison with known methods and reduce the duration of the process by more than 3 times. 1 tab. |
