titleOfInvention Electrohydraulic system for controlling mounted implements
abstract The invention is intended for automated control of the position of mounted agricultural implements. The purpose of the invention is to increase speed. The system consists of a pump 1 with a feed control channel 4, a hydraulic distributor with a control spool 2, a first electrically controlled spool 17 and a second electrically controlled spool 18, a hydraulic cylinder 13 for lifting the operating elements, the cavities of which are connected to the spools 17 and 18 and with the hydraulic distributor. In addition, the system contains selective valves 5, 6, 7 and 25. Through valves 5 and 7, the pump supply control channel 4 is connected to spools 17 and 18 and to end cavities 15, 16 of control spool 2. Through valves 5, 6 and 25 channel 4 is connected to the drain. Pump 1 through the spool 17 is connected to the spool 18. The system also contains a three-position spool 34, the input of which by channel 32 is connected to its face cavity 33 and by channel 31 to the spools 17 and 18. The first output of the slide 34 is connected to channel 36 to its opposite end cavity 35 and channel 37 - with the piston cavity of the hydraulic cylinder 13. The second output of the spool 34 is connected to the end cavity 16 of the control spool 2. In the initial position, the channel 4 for controlling the pump flow through the valves 5.6 and 25 is connected to the drain. The pressure and oil supply of pump 1 is minimal. When the electromagnet of the spool 18 is turned on, the oil from the pump 1 enters the flow control channel 4 and into the end cavity 33 of the spool 34. The spool 34 moves, through the first outlet supplies oil to the piston cavity of the hydraulic cylinder 13, and through the second outlet into the end cavity 16 of the control spool 2. The hitch mechanism 14 moves upwards. When the electromagnet of the spool 17 is turned on, the spool 2 moves to the "lowering" position. The hitch 14 is moved down. 1 il.
