titleOfInvention | Abrasive mass for manufacturing polishing tool |
abstract | The invention relates to the tool industry and is intended for the manufacture of a tool for polishing the necks of engine crankshafts and other curvilinear machine parts. The purpose of the invention is to ensure optimal performance of the finished tool. The mass according to the invention contains, wt%: silicone rubber 28-30n n n white carbon 8-10n n n titanium dioxide 0,8-0,9n n n colloidal graphite 0.02-0.03n n n crosslinking agent 3-4n n n water 3-4n n n abrasive rest. The tool of the mass has a high polishing ability, does not get greasy, can work both without cooling, since it has a low coefficient of friction, and using kerasin as a coolant. In addition, the quality of the treated surface is practically independent of the size of the abrasive grains. 2 tab. |
