titleOfInvention Method of controlling the process of alkylation of aromatic hydrocarbons
abstract The invention relates to catalytic chemistry, in particular, a method for controlling the process of alkylation of aromatic hydrocarbons using the consumption control of fresh and return catalytic complex based on ALCL 3 and HCL (initiator). At the concentration of the latter in the alkylate corresponding to the specified value, stabilize the consumption of the fresh complex ALCL 3 and HCL (for the preparation of the fresh complex and feed the reflux). With an increase in the concentration of ALCL 3 in the alkylate above a given value, its concentration in the fresh ALCL 3 and HCL complex is reduced, and its consumption is then reduced. When the concentration of ALCL 3 in the alkylate is below a predetermined value, the concentration of ALCL 3 in the ALCL 3 complex and HCL is increased, after which the consumption of the fresh ALCL 3 complex and HCL is increased. When the concentration of HCL in the alkylate is above a predetermined value, its consumption is reduced to feed the return complex ALCL 3 and HCL. The HCL consumption in the fresh ALCL 3 and HCL complex is then reduced. When the HCL concentration in the alkylate is below a predetermined value, its consumption increases to feed the returnable catalytic complex. These conditions improve the performance of the alkylation. 2 ill., 1 tab.
