titleOfInvention | Method of determining agrregation of thrombocytes |
abstract | The invention relates to medicine, to methods of diagnosing and monitoring the effectiveness of the treatment of diseases associated with impaired hemostasis. The purpose of the invention is the acceleration of the method under conditions of artificial blood circulation. To do this, a standard catheter with built-in electrodes was pre-inserted into the circulation system, a solution of adenosine diphosphoric acid was introduced through the catheter, and a sinusoidal signal with a frequency of 1-6 MHz at a voltage of 2-5 MV and a current of 15 µA was sent to the electrodes with subsequent measurement impedance. |
