titleOfInvention Composition for coating dentures
abstract This invention relates to prosthetic dentistry. The purpose of the invention is to increase the strength of adhesion to the metal frame. The denture coating composition contains silica, alumina, iron oxide, magnesia, calcium oxide, potassium oxide, sodium oxide, titanium dioxide, and cerium oxide, taken in certain proportions. The composition is obtained by mixing the components, moistening and placing the prepared mixture in a kiln. The firing is carried out at a temperature of 1200 ° C for 2-3 hours and cooled. Next, the burned mass is ground to obtain a powder and zirconium oxide, kaolin, and the necessary colorants are added. The adhesion strength of the ceramic coating to the frame increases by 1.5 times.
