titleOfInvention Method of treatment of insufficiency of blood circulation
abstract This invention relates to cardiology and gerontology. The goal is to reduce glycosidic intoxication in patients over 60 years old. A patient over 60 years old with a symptom complex of heart failure is administered digoxin, the maintenance dose of which is determined by the product of the indicators of a given therapeutic concentration, the interval, the introduction of body weight and the coefficient 44.7.10 6 . The loading dose of digoxin is defined as the quotient of dividing the maintenance dose by 0.113. This method of treatment with digoxin virtually eliminates the possibility of the development of glycosidic intoxication with long-term use of the drug in gerontological practice.
