titleOfInvention Method of diagnosis of latent form of chronic virus hepatitis of the carriers of hbs-antigen
abstract This invention relates to medicine, in particular to hepatology, and concerns infectious diseases. The aim of the invention is to improve the accuracy of diagnosis. To do this, 4 ml of blood is taken from the patient, a red blood cell sediment is obtained, of which a 20% lysate is prepared. Then, the α-glycerophosphate dehydrogenase activity and the amount of hemoglobin are determined in the red blood cells. With an activity value of 6963.3 μmol / g hemoglobin and more, the latent form of chronic viral hepatitis B is diagnosed. The invention improves the diagnostic accuracy from 70-74 to 96%. 1 tab.
