titleOfInvention Method of determining the content of exchange ammonium and potassium in soil
abstract The invention relates to soil research methods, namely to methods for determining the content of exchangeable ammonium and potassium, and is intended for use in soil science and agrochemistry. The aim of the invention is to expand the informativeness of the method by ensuring an improved determination of the exchangeable ammonium in the soil. In the process, a soil suspension is prepared with a solution of acetic acid at equal mass ratios of the solution and soil, the emf of the circuit with a potassium ion selective electrode is measured in it, and the content of exchange potassium is determined according to the calibration curve. Then, in the same soil suspension, the emf of the chain with an ammonium ion-selective electrode is measured, and the content of exchangeable ammonium in the soil is determined by the values of the content of exchangeable potassium and the emf of the chain with the ammonium electrode. The method significantly reduces the time of analysis, reduces the complexity of the determination, reduces the cost of analysis, while not reducing the accuracy and reproducibility of the determination. 1 tab.
