titleOfInvention Apparatus for atomizing liquid by oncoming air stream
abstract The invention relates to the spraying of liquids and can be used in the chemical, pharmaceutical, food and other industries. The goal is to increase the performance and reliability of the device. For this, the liquid crushing device with the oncoming air flow is equipped with the main and additional endless closed filamentary dispersion elements (ED). The chamber is closed with additional capillary holes, the number of which is chosen equal to the number of additional ED. One of the side walls of the chamber has a shape close to the semicircle in cross section, with the capillary holes made in the latter. The means for moving the ED is in the form of a pulley with grooves for each ED. The side wall of the chamber with capillary holes is made with coaxial last grooves. Each ED can be equipped with a tension element placed in its non-working part. Each capillary opening is made with an extension to the exit from the closed chamber. 3 hp f-ly, 4 ill.
