titleOfInvention 0,0-di(p-nonylphenyl)-2/2-(n-cyclohexylamidothio)-2,3-dihydrobenzothiazolyl/dithiophosphate as accelerator of vulcanization of rubber mix, antifatigue and antiageing agent
abstract The invention relates to organophosphorus substances, in particular, 0.0 - di (p-nonylphenyl) -2- [2- (N-cyclohexylamidotio) -2.3 - dihydrobenzthiazolyl] dithiophosphate as a rubber vulcanization accelerator, anti-stapler and rubber antioxidant, which can be used in rubber production. The goal is to create more efficient compounds of the indicated purpose. The synthesis is carried out by the reaction of N-cyclohexyl-2-benzthiazolylsulfenamide with 0.0 - di (p-nonylphenyl) dithiophosphoric acid when heated to 80 ° C (1 h). Yield 100%n n n mp 20-25 ° Cn n n Gross formula C 30 H 47 O 2 PS 2 . The new substance has in rubber compounds resistance to fatigue upon repeated stretching by 150% in the amount of 95–98 thousand cycles, as well as tear resistance of 93–94 kN / m, i.e. indicators increase 3.5 and 1.4 times (compared with sulfenamide C and synergistic system diafen OP and acetonanyl P). 3 tab.
