titleOfInvention Method of treating patients with big wound surfaces
abstract This invention relates to medicine, in particular, to surgery. The purpose of the invention is to reduce the time required for the preparation of wounds to autodermoplasty by acting on a wound through a conductive carbon gasket with bipolar pulses of a duration of 1.5-2 . 10 -6 s, frequency 100-160 . 10 3 Hz, amplitude 50-60 V, modulated by pulses with a frequency of 70-100 Hz, duration 3-4 . 10 -3 seconds with a modulation depth of 100% for 2-4 hours. Depending on the course of the wound process, the interval between local electrical stimulation is 24-48 hours. The "cutaneous" electrode is not less than the "wound" area. The treatment by the proposed method shortens the period of preparation for autodermoplasty to 6 ± 0.5 days, reduces the overall terms of treatment by 10-14 days, along with anesthesia of the wound during the procedure.
