titleOfInvention Method of treating frostbitten extremities in acute period
abstract The invention relates to surgery. The goal is to reduce the time to stop acute manifestations of frostbite of the W-1U degree. A vasodilator substance, in particular, aminophylline, nicotinic acid and novocaine, is administered to a patient with frostbite intraarterially in the artery of the affected limb. Then a thrombolytic mixture containing celiza, as well as reopolyglucine, heparin and prednisolone is administered. At the same time, the reception of warming of the extremities is excluded, which allows the initiation of medicinal treatment at an early date. The treatment by the proposed method allows to accelerate the restoration of blood circulation in the affected segment of the limb due to the accelerated lysis of thrombi by creating a high local concentration of streptokinase and directing it to the thrombus. The total dose of the drug and the time of administration of the drug mixture are reduced. As a result, the treatment time is reduced by a factor of 2-3, the prevention of necrosis excludes limb amputation and reduces disability from frostbite.
