titleOfInvention | Method of constructing a counter-seepage curtain |
abstract | FIELD OF THE INVENTION The invention relates to hydraulic engineering. The purpose of the invention is to increase the water and gas impermeability of the curtain body while ensuring greater stability of the physicomechanical properties of both the body itself and the gap parameters over time, as well as increasing the efficiency of environmental protection and cheaper construction. In the implementation of the method, slit 2 passes under the protection of the thixotropic solution 5 with removal of the destroyed rock. A filler material of a three-phase structure is fed into the slot section, separated from the penetration zone by means of a separator with inflatable chambers. It is produced by aerating a two-phase material, represented by a pulp of tailings, such as ferruginous quartzite, with the addition of ballast 18 from solid rocks. Before being fed into the filled gap, all components of the filler material are mixed. The method is implemented using a tunneling machine 1, equipped with a pulp feeder 14, a mixer of components 16 and a hopper with an opening bottom 19. Through the bottom neck 22, the aggregate enters an elastic closed shell 23 opening near the bottom of the slot. As the area is filled, the dividers and the shell slowly lift up. As the gap is filled with aggregate, it is filled with soil with the same soil layer. 3 il. |
