abstract | The invention relates to protein products, in particular the production of protein hydrolyzate from collagen containing solutions, and can be used in perfumery. The goal is to improve the quality of the product. The preparation is carried out by hydrolysis of collagen containing wastes in an alkaline medium in the presence of CA / OH / 2 , followed by separation of the sludge, precipitation of calcium ions NA 2 CO 3 , evaporation and clarification of H 2 O 2 in the presence of additives, which are selected from the group of hydroxyethylidene diphosphonic acid, nitrilotrimethylene phosphonic acid or di -NA-salts of ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid, taken in an amount of 0.1-1n n n 0.005-0.5 or 0.1-1 wt%, respectively, H 2 O 2 (based on 100% product) is used in an amount of 0.5-1.5 wt%, the rest is protein hydrolyzate in the form of 40% a solution.
