titleOfInvention Method of treating gastric and duodenal ulcers
abstract This invention relates to gastroenterology. The purpose of the invention is the scarring of non-healing stars. Plasmapheresis is performed with extraction of 500 ml of blood, administration of plasma-substituting fluid and return of red blood cells resuspended in saline. The extracted plasma during the day at 4-6 ° C. it is then centrifuged and the supernatant stored at -20 ° C. During the next plasmapheresis session, the supernatant is administered intravenously as a plasma-substituting fluid. The course of treatment is 5-6 sessions that take 1-2 days. The method allows to lead to cicatrization of nonhealing stomach and duodenal ulcers resistant to drug treatment, as well as to reduce the duration of treatment of ul. The method can also be used in the treatment of trophic stars.
