titleOfInvention Initial composition for manufacturing cellular concrete
abstract The invention relates to the building materials industry and can be used in the construction of floor bases, as well as for the manufacture of wall stones and blocks. The purpose of the invention is to intensify the hardening and increase the strength during hardening and low temperatures. Raw mix for the manufacture of concrete agents contains, in wt.%: Portland cement 22-33n n n coal ash 35-45n n n aluminum powder 0.06-0.12n n n sodium alkylaryl sulfonate 0.03-0.06n n n sodium chloride 0.3-0.7n n n secondary sodium phosphate 0.15-0.4n n n and water is the rest. The bulk density of concrete is 290–711 kg / m 3 , the strength on probation at the age of 28 days is 1.25–4 MPa, at the age of 90 days it is 1.27–4.1 MPa. 2 table.
