abstract The invention relates to the analysis and preparation of ores for further processing, in particular to methods for determining the composition of ores for the subsequent selection of a rational technological scheme for the integrated extraction of ore components. The invention can be used in geological studies and testing of mineral raw materials known, discoveries, as well as tailings and dumps. The goal is to simplify the analysis when determining the type of technological processing of raw materials. So the tailings of the deposit have a composition, wt. 73.11 SiO; 15.91 AlO; 0.70 BO; 2.38 FeO; 0.97 CaO; 0.73 MgO; 0.01 LiO; 3.82 NaO; 3.01 KO; 0.04 RbO; 0.02 CsO. According to the results of the analysis, the content of oxide groups of elements is calculated and deposited along the coordinate axes of the unfolded rectangular tetrahedron, taking the silica content as the origin, as follows. The amount of oxides of calcium, magnesium, iron (4.08%) is deposited on the negative axis of the abscissa, and the amount of oxides of alkali metals (6.9%) on the positive axis of the abscissa. From the points obtained perpendicularly, the value of the sum of aluminum oxides and boron (15.9%) is laid down. Get figurative points characterizing the composition of this raw material. Comparing the location of points with previously defined chart fields, corresponding to the processing of raw materials only for cement clinker or complex processing with the release of rare alkaline elements, determine the type of mineral raw materials and the nature of its further processing. 1 il.
