titleOfInvention Method of analysing individual sensitivity of plasmapheresis for rheumatic arthritis patients
abstract The invention relates to the field of medicine, in particular to methods for determining indications for treating patients with rheumatoid arthritis by the method of plasmapheresis (PF). The purpose of the proposed method is to improve the accuracy and simplify the definition. The essence of the method lies in the study in the serum of patients with rheumatoid arthritis the content of haptoglobin, and with an increase in the concentration of haptoglobin of more than 4.15 g / l - in the conduct of PF, and with a lower value of the concentration of haptoglobin in the conduct of drug therapy. The invention makes it possible to achieve greater accuracy of the method, as well as the possibility of dynamic control over the results of treatment and optimization of the regimen (determining the number of necessary sessions) for conducting FS.
