abstract The invention relates to the field of tire manufacturing and can be used in the vulcanization of tire assemblies, including a number of formers vulcanizers, connected to the common highways of gas-and liquid-like coolants. The purpose of the invention is to improve the quality of tires and stabilize the process by reducing pressure fluctuations in the orifice plates. For this, during the vulcanization process, the actual number of vulcanizers is continuously determined, the diaphragms of which are filled with hot water at the same time. It is compared with the allowable number of format-vulcanizers, while simultaneously filling diaphragms with hot water does not disrupt the hydraulic operation mode of the equipment. When exceeding the actual amount allowed on redundant formators-vulcanizers, the baseline duration of heating of the diaphragms with steam is consistently increased to match the actual amount allowed. 1 il.
