titleOfInvention Method of treating aterosclerosis
abstract The invention relates to therapy and gerontology. The goal is to reduce the clinical manifestations of the disease in elderly and elderly patients due to the normalization of the ratio of atherogenic and antiatherogenic lipoproteins. Essentiale is administered to patients with various clinical manifestations of atherosclerosis in combination with adebitis. Under the influence of treatment, the indicators of lipid and lipoprotein metabolism change significantly in terms of their normalization, the frequency, duration and intensity of angina attacks decrease, the manifestations of cerebral arteriosclerosis decrease, and exercise tolerance increases. The use of the method in 62 patients aged 60–89 years and the results obtained allow us to consider it the method of choice for the treatment of atherosclerosis in geriatric practice. 3 tab.
