titleOfInvention Method of treating dynamic ileus
abstract This invention relates to medicine, namely abdominal surgery. In order to reduce the duration of treatment after operations on the abdominal organs and on the background of peritonitis, a long-term epidural blockade and hyperbaric oxygenation in combination with subcutaneous heparin have been performed. At the same time, heparin is administered subcutaneously in an average daily dose of 300-350 U per 1 kg of patient's body weight for 5-7 days, and after 6-8 hours, 2-7 sessions of hyperbaric oxygenation are performed for 40-60 minutes at a pressure of 1.8 -2.0 at. This method of treatment is highly effective by reducing the duration of treatment after abdominal surgery and on the background of peritonitis.
