titleOfInvention | Method of treating dynamic ileus |
abstract | This invention relates to medicine, namely abdominal surgery. In order to reduce the duration of treatment after operations on the abdominal organs and on the background of peritonitis, a long-term epidural blockade and hyperbaric oxygenation in combination with subcutaneous heparin have been performed. At the same time, heparin is administered subcutaneously in an average daily dose of 300-350 U per 1 kg of patient's body weight for 5-7 days, and after 6-8 hours, 2-7 sessions of hyperbaric oxygenation are performed for 40-60 minutes at a pressure of 1.8 -2.0 at. This method of treatment is highly effective by reducing the duration of treatment after abdominal surgery and on the background of peritonitis. |
