titleOfInvention | Method of determining aetiology of exudative pleuritis |
abstract | This invention relates to the field of medicine, in particular, to pulmology. The aim of the invention is to accelerate and simplify the method. To do this, α-1 proteinase inhibitor is determined in the pleural exudate and in the patient's serum by introducing a solution of trypsin in serial dilution (10 tubes) into the test liquid. The mixture was shaken and allowed to stand at room temperature for 10 minutes. to form an enzyme-inhibitor complex. Then, one drop of each tube is applied to the cells drawn on X-ray film, placed in a Petri dish and left to stand at room temperature for 2 hours. Then the film is rinsed with running water and the polysysis is examined. -inhibitor and the ratio of the obtained values in the study of pleural exudate and serum and with a value of this indicator of 0.72 or more exudative pleurisy of inflammatory etiology is determined, and with a value of 0.45 and less - exudative pleurisy of cancers oh etiology. Using the method allows for 3 hours to determine the etiology of exudative pleurisy and significantly reduce the labor costs for research. 1 tab. |
