titleOfInvention Contact material for ultrasonic investigations
abstract This invention relates to the field of non-destructive testing. The aim of the invention is to expand the scope of use by allowing the material to be used at temperatures below -22 * 03 ° C. Contact material is prepared as follows. Half of the required amount of anhydrous calcium chloride is mixed with heated methyl alcohol, then the resulting saturated solution is mixed with kerosene or gasoline. Separately, in the heated water, dissolve the second half of the required amount of calcium chloride and alkali metal salt, for example sodium chloride, add the Tryalon synthetic washing paste and mix until a homogeneous emulsion is obtained. The resulting aqueous and alcoholic solutions are drained and thoroughly mixed.
