abstract | This invention relates to polyphenylene sulfide based polymer compositions and can be used in mechanical engineering, instrument making, and radio electronics to obtain products with increased requirements for heat resistance and mechanical strength. The invention makes it possible to increase the breaking stress in bending to 115-136 MPa, the breaking stress in tension to 68-80 MPa, the impact strength to 6.8-9.1 kJ / m 2, and heat resistance to 220-253 ° C . The composition comprises, in wt%: polyphenylene sulfide 95-99 and sodium azide 1-5.
