titleOfInvention | Method of surgical treatment of recurring cicatrical stenoses of nasolacrimal ducts |
abstract | This invention relates to ophthalmology. To prevent recurrence of the disease, the cavity of the maxillary sinus is accessed by trepanning the bone at the junction of the orbital, nasal and anterior walls of the maxillary sinus 2.0X2.0 cm. In order to approach the lacrimal sac and the nasal duct, the mucous membrane of the sinus is excised by a quadrangular membrane of the sinus in a quadrangular plate. 5X5 cm, starting from the upper wall of the sinus parallel to the nasolacrimal, exaltation. The chisel wall of the canal is resected with a chisel or a drill cutter with a similar size. The exposed anterior and outer walls of the lacrimal sac and the nasal duct are excised, and the margins are exposed to cryogenic exposure to liquid nitrogen at an exposure time of 30 s. |
