titleOfInvention Method of melting steel alloyed with zirconium and niobium
abstract The invention relates to the production of structural and heat-resistant alloyed steels used in mechanical engineering. The aim of the invention is a more complete absorption of zirconium and niobium and an increase in mechanical properties. This is achieved by doping in the reduction period with sphen-zircon concentrate in the amount of 5-25 kg / t of steel together with silicobarium and cryolite in the ratio (10-25): 1: 1. Sphen-zircon concentrate has the following chemical. composition, wt.%: SiO 26-31; ZrO 15-39, 1-3, TiO-j, 3-8, the rest. 1 hp ff, 2 tab. i O) Sfen-zircon concentrate, which is an intermediate product for the production of technically pure niobium and zirconium oxides, is introduced into the reduction period of melting of a metal mirror. To increase the degree of reduction of niobium and zirconium from oxides, part of the bottoms is carried out with the addition of a silico barb of mark SB-20 and a silikobar in a mixture with cryolite (). | ii Cd 00 h Kl
