titleOfInvention | Device for controlling concentration of hydrogen ions |
abstract | The invention can be used for controlling the acidity of the electrolyte in the electroplating baths (c) of the process equipment. The purpose of the invention is to increase the reliability and accuracy of the device. In the device, the compressed air enters the ejector 9, where a vacuum is created, and the electrolyte from B1 through the flow distributor 7 enters the acidity sensor 3, and then into the ejector 9. Here it is caught by the air stream and flows through the siphon 8 into B 1 with electrolyte. The control bank (CU) 2 measures the value of acidity and compares it to the target value. If the acidity value exceeds the set limits, then the CU. produces a supply signal to B 1 of correction additives from B 16. When B 1 reaches a predetermined acidity value, CU 2 executes the command to turn on the flow distributor 7. Wash solution from B 6 enters the acidity sensor 3. After a complete change of electrolyte, the washing solution BU 2 exposes the algebraic difference between the specified acidity value of the washing solution and the measured one. If the absolute value of the difference is less than the specified. The CU 2 corrects the measurement result taking into account the sign; if it is more, then the COO 2 generates a fault signal of the device. 2 hp f-ly, 2 ill. more, the CU 2 generates a device fault signal. 2 hp f-ly, 2 ill.
