titleOfInvention Method of diagnosis of toxemia
abstract This invention relates to the diagnosis of toxemia. The aim of the invention is the early diagnosis of the disease. The washed erythrocytes of the examined patient are incubated for 15 min with aniline naphthalene sulfonate, the precipitate is separated by centrifugation, a 1% solution of Triton X-100 is added to the supernatant, measured on a fluorimeter, and the amount of bound aniline naphthalene sulfonate with erythrocytar is determined paste the patient. At a value of 0.875 nmol per 1 million erythrocytes and above, toxemia is diagnosed.
