| abstract | This invention relates to ophthalmology. The purpose of the invention is to reduce the morbidity of the operation when the tumor is removed from the outer and upper parts of the orbit. Make a horizontal incision of the conjunctiva at the site of projection of the outer right leg of the eye. The incision is extended arcuate parallel to the limb. The conjunctiva is otseparovyvayut triangular flap with the base to the upper-outer orbital edge. The outer straight pin is retracted downwards. The intermuscular fascial septum is opened and the tumor is removed. The method allows to prevent the occurrence of squint, diplopia after surgery and the development of subatrophy of the eye block. |
