titleOfInvention Method of producing bitumen
abstract The invention relates to petrochemistry, in particular to the preparation of bitumen. The goal is to reduce the oxidation time and expand the raw material base. Bitumen is obtained by oxidizing the crude oil with oxygen in the air when heated in the presence of a 3.5-6 wt.% Phosphorus-containing catalyst. As the latter, a spent phosphorus-kieselgurion catalyst for the polymerization of olefin-containing petroleum gases is used. The method makes it possible to reduce the duration of the oxidation process to 6 hours while simultaneously disposing of the production waste. 2 tab.
