titleOfInvention Method of producing granulated fodder for animals
abstract The invention relates to the processing industry, in particular to the production of dry animal feed. The purpose of the invention is to increase nutritional value and. extended shelf life of feed. Solid fatty residues (parts of the carcass, waste of slabs, coposes, bones, fat from grease traps, etc.) are treated in vacuum-horizontal boilers to produce fat and squash. Flush is dried, cooled, crushed, sieved, cleaned of metallic impurities and fed into a screw feeder. There at the same time serves the protein hydrolyzate with a solids content of 30%, in the amount of 8-12% by weight of the mixture. The mixture is granulated and a feed product of the following composition is obtained,%: moisture 7-12; crude protein 53.1- 58.1; fat 15.6-16.6; CaO 8.2-9.0; 1.8-2.6. Food stored without noticeable changes for more than 6 months; (C O)
